An absolutely amazing apartment! Located in a tranquil area close to the historic center, it was ideal for exploring the city on foot. Alessandro, the friendly host, was always available to offer helpful suggestions. The highlight was definitely the large terrace with stunning rooftop views. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious, with a charming ambiance and traditional furnishings. Plus, it was conveniently situated near shops, bars, and a mini supermarket. Thank you, Alessandro, for a wonderful stay!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We stayed 4 nights here, and it was a very pleasant experience. The location was magnificent and favorable, only 500 meters from Corvetto Square.- It was close to a shopping street and supermarkets.- The neighborhood was beautifully quiet.

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Genoa and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's decoration was simply delightful, with a touch of elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were beautifully maintained, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be highly accessible, with easy access to the historic center and other areas of the city. It was a real treat to be able to explore the nearby attractions, such as Via Garibaldi and the Porto Antico, with such convenience and comfort.
If there was one thing I would ask for to make this vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working at the hotel to be a bit more attentive. While they were friendly, there were a few small details that could have made our stay even more comfortable.

The apartment at The Terrace was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine. The bedrooms were cozy, and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. We even had a balcony with stunning city views! The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch, and the bed linen provided added an extra layer of comfort. we loved our stay!
Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but I understand that some guests might appreciate it.

As a senior woman, I had an exceptional stay at The Terrace in Genoa. The hotel's decoration exuded elegance and charm, with tasteful furnishings and a warm ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people. The lift made it convenient for me to navigate the floors, and the spaciousness of the hotel allowed for easy movement without feeling cramped or overwhelmed.
If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the children working at the hotel. While the staff was friendly and provided some assistance, there were times when I could have benefited from additional help with my luggage or navigating the city.

The staff, especially Alessandro, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
Not one thing.

The terrace had a great view, perfect for a sundowner cocktail. The apartment had free WiFi, so I could update my Instagram with envy-inducing vacation photos. The dining area was spacious enough to fit all my shopping bags from the nearby supermarket.
The beds were as comfortable as a park bench.

Stayed in a nice apartment with a lovely terrace where I could enjoy the WiFi. The air-conditioning was a bonus, keeping me cool in the Italian heat.
I just loved how uncomfortable the beds and pillows were, really added authenticity to my stay.
